The
Eco Series headsets are an entry level, budget friendly choice designed for consumer level, light use. The cord of the headset is hard wired terminating in an RJ modular jack designed to plug directly into either our DA202 or DA207 telephone dial pad. There is no option to add a USB cord to these units, which is something many companies require for training purposes. The Eco Series headsets come with a 1 year warranty. Home workers seeking a headset telephone for occasional use will find the Eco Series a fine, economical option.
The Pro Series, Air Series and Flex Series headset telephones are call center grade, designed for heavy duty use. The headset cord of these units contain a Quick Disconnect feature, allowing the user to easily detach from the telephone unit without removing the headset from wear. All of these headset styles are designed to work with our DA202 and DA207 telephone dial pad units. The real difference between these headset styles is individual preference – type of ear cushion, weight of headset, budget, look…. Functionality is the same on all of these headsets. Why shouldn’t I use a wireless headset telephones?

A wireless phone uses battery power and the phone base uses a power supply that is powered with electricity. If you lose power your call WILL be lost. Our dial pads do not require any electrical power at all. Providing that you’re using a regular local phone service provider and not an internet company you will NOT lose your call. If you’re using an internet provider for and their voice service goes down you will lose your call.
